CITADEL BROADCASTING CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONS
PROGRESS REPORT AS OF NOVEMBER 13,2009

A copy of the Company's initial contract proposals that were provided to the Union during the first round of bargaining were mailed to members of Local 57 who are employed by Citadel Broadcasting. The Union conducted a conference call with all interested members on June 18th to discuss the current status of bargaining.


The next round of bargaining has been scheduled to take place on December 2 and 3, 2009 in New York City.

The NABET-CWA / Citadel Broadcasting Master Agreement expired as of midnight June 11, 2009. Citadel has not agreed to extend the current Agreement after expiration as proposed by NABET-CWA. Bargaining for a successor Agreement began in the early afternoon on June 3, 2009 in New York City. See the official bulletins below for further information. Additional information will be posted on the NABET-CWA Local 57 website as it becomes available. The preceding information was current as of November 13, 2009.

STATUS OF THE 2007-2011 NABET-CWA / ABC MASTER AGREEMENT PRINTING

The October 13, 2009 draft of the 2007-2011 NABET-CWA /ABC, INC. Master Agreement is in the process of being reviewed by the Union. If this version appears to accurately reflect the agreement that the parties reached and was ratified by the membership, printing will commence shortly. As a related matter, the Company and the Union have agreed that the color of the cover of the new agreement be "Carolina Blue."
